By accessing and using this website (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use this Site.

Unless otherwise stated, Prana Business Consulting (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) owns or licenses all intellectual property rights in this Site and its content. You may access the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent.

  1. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.
  1. Products and Services

Prana Business Consulting (Pty) Ltd provides coaching sessions and online courses (“Services”). You acknowledge that results from coaching and courses may vary based on your individual circumstances and commitment.

  1. Orders, Payment & Delivery
  • Orders: By placing an order through the Site, you agree to provide accurate information and make full payment.
  • Payment: All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery: Coaching sessions will be delivered online at a mutually agreed time. Online courses will be delivered digitally via email or a learning platform link after payment is received.
  1. Refunds and Cancellations
  • Coaching Sessions: Refunds for coaching sessions are available if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Courses: Due to the digital nature of our courses, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the ACL, please contact us at hello@jainitakhatri.com with your order details.
  1. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service we provide fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy (such as a refund, replacement, or resupply).

  1. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of this Site or its content. Coaching and educational content is general information only and is not professional advice. You use the Site and our Services at your own risk.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prana Business Consulting (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from or in connection with your use of the Site or our Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded under the ACL, our liability is limited to the resupply of the Services or the cost of resupply.

  1. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Prana Business Consulting (Pty) Ltd harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, our Services, or your breach of these Terms.

  1. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use the Site, you accept the revised Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
